The First Step to Your Next Exciting Research Experience is Just a Click Away!

Welcome to the first ever Laboratory Internships Virtual Event (L.I.V.E.) Career Fair brought to you by the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Science (SC) Workforce Development for Teachers and Scientists (WDTS)! This free event will allow you to explore internships in the science, technology, engineering, and mathematical (STEM) disciplines. During this event, you will be able to learn more about paid participation programs, such as the Science Undergraduate Laboratory Internship (SULI) and the Community College Internship (CCI) programs. These opportunities will give you the chance to gain hands-on experience at a world-class DOE national laboratory, such as the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). You can learn more about each program below.  Also, be sure to make the most of your time here by sharing your resume, chatting with lead scientists about their current projects, stopping by our internship program booths, and speaking with recruiters. We are excited to help you take the next step in your career journey!
